I’m Heather Rainer

Heather Rainer is a Broker Associate with Skybridge Real Estate and holds an active Oklahoma real estate license. With more than two decades of experience, she has successfully represented buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners across both residential and commercial transactions. Known for her strategic, detail-oriented approach, Heather expertly guides clients through negotiations and contract execution, ensuring clarity, confidence, and well-informed decision-making at every stage of the process.

Heather began her journey in real estate in 1997 while studying at the University of Oklahoma. It was during this time that she purchased her first rental property, laying the foundation for a robust real estate portfolio. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open a property management company, where she successfully managed a diverse range of residential and commercial properties. Over the years, Heather’s experience has expanded to encompass home building, design management, and the management of multi-family and commercial properties. She has played pivotal roles in significant transactions involving retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, overseeing management portfolios that exceed one million square feet.

In 2017, Heather achieved a significant milestone by obtaining her broker’s license, further solidifying her commitment to excellence in real estate. Her active involvement with the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and service on its Commercial Real Estate Committee as well as the Homeless Initiative Committee, exemplifies her dedication to the industry and the community.

In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling, hiking, spending quality moments with family and friends, and attending live music performances, especially when her husband, Kyle, is on stage. Her diverse interests reflect her vibrant personality and commitment to enjoying life to the fullest.
